Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that custom cup orders may experience longer processing times during periods of high order volume. We appreciate your patience as we carefully craft each custom item.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Custom Orders
Custom cups are made to order and require additional processing time. During busy periods, processing may take up to 7-10 business days before shipment. We will notify you if there are any significant delays with your order.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
